In Environmental we were assigned a term project at the beginning of the year to discuss an issue that we find important. I wrote mine on Acid Rain and how it effects the environment around us and people as a whole. I found that acid rain is effecting us more than I ever thought, and I never realized till now that humans were the cause for it. Humans are the main reason for carbon emissions and fossil fuels being emitted into the atmosphere. We as people need to take a stand and slowly stop driving our cars so much by ourselves, along with using different types of reusable energy sources to stop this issue. Acid rain is eating away at statues and materials that we create, and slowly degrading the growth of trees and plants. This is not allowing them to prosper and grow properly which is what we need and the environment needs for other types of organisms.
